12 GAUGE FEDERAL TOP GUN TARGET LOAD 2-3/4" 7/8 OZ. #8 LEAD SHOT (250 ROUNDS)

This 12 Gauge shotshell from Federal’s Top Gun line of shotgun ammunition is poised to give you big performance at the range, but without costing you an arm and a leg. The shell is loaded with ⅞ ounces of #8 lead shot. The .09” pellets are hard so they can resist deformation in the barrel until they exit the muzzle at a velocity of 1,200 fps, and uniformly spherical so they can provide tight and accurate clay busting patterns. This shell’s shot size is considered by many to be ideal for trap, skeet, and sporting clays, although you ought to have no trouble bagging a dove or pigeon with it as well.

This shell further features a reliable Federal primer, a unique wad column that delivers consistent patterns, and a sturdy hull with an eight segment crimp which is well suited to its relatively smaller shot’s size. Federal makes fine ammunition -- they’ve innovated their art since their foundation in 1922, and their products’ ubiquity is a testament to their success.
