About This PMC 5.56x45mm Ammunition
This 5.56 NATO cartridge from PMC’s X-TAC line of ammunition sports a 62 grain green tip full metal jacket projectile. Its colorful tip denotes the bullet’s steel core, a feature which strengthens it so thoroughly that you can reasonably expect to penetrate steel plates and other durable barriers while firing this round. Needless to say, a magnet will attract this round’s bullet as well. The bullet’s full metal jacket further complements its penetrating ability, and will also spare your rifle’s bore from the rapid accumulation of lead residue which would impair your accuracy. Posted onI haven't received these yet but used them previous and they are fantastic. My nephew bought a bolt action Snipe rifle and I used them in my Ruger AR-556 and they worked flawlessly. I prefer the slight heavier 62 grain with my 1:8 twist, and perfect. Can't beat them. (Oh, I gave 5 stars on shipping w/o receiving yet but everything from Ammoman is very quick. So I fudged there, but they are always fast.)

Posted onThis was a spur of the moment order based strictly on the awesome pricing that the guys at ammoman presented . I picked up just a few hundred rounds to test the quality. Loaded up my hexmags and ran off to the range the same day I got them in. Comparatively speaking they are as good if not better than any round I have sent down range this far in my AR. I would recommend to anyone .
