.45 ACP BLAZER BRASS 230 GRAIN FULL METAL JACKET (1000 ROUNDS)

This 1,000 round case (20 boxes with 50 rounds each) from Blazer Brass is a great choice for range practice in your .45 ACP firearms or 1911. This 45 ACP ammo uses a 230 grain full metal jacket bullet for typical ballistic performance in addition to non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases. The full metal jacket (FMJ) bullet is an ideal choice for shooters who are looking to do some plinking or range training.

These Blazer .45 ACP rounds are known for quality components as CCI primers and other American-made parts make up these cartridges.

Note to reloaders, Blazer Brass 45 ACP ammunition uses small pistol primers instead of traditional large pistol primers. That means the casings are still reloadable, they just have to be reloaded using small pistol primers.

    I ordered this ammo and some 40 S&W to start stocking back up. I believe prices might not go down much more. The 40 S&W showed up and the 45ACP did not. I contacted customer service and Nathan contacted FedEx to give me a status. I received the shipment two days later. The box was damaged/cut and re-taped. I was missing three boxes. Nathan sent an email the next day with a replacement order and tracking information. He is pursuing the claim with FedEx and I'm a happy customer. Customer service at its finest!
    As far as the ammo I have not put any down range but it looks nice. It is small primer if you care. I don't reload the ammo I shoot in bulk.

    Blazer Brass has been handed to me by three other shops as the best ammo at the best price. As a result, I have not got around to trying more expensive product. Shooting a S&W Performance Center 1911, with target sights, and have no problem with tight groups. No excessive smoking as I have had with lower priced brands. Made nearby in Lewiston, Idaho by good Americans, of whatever heritage. I will probably stick with this for the majority of my shooting.

    This ammo fires properly every round. It has small pistol primers, but since I buy this caliber from AmmoMan, I'm not going to reload it anyway. Leave it lay. Can't beat the price, delivery time, or quality of the ammo. If you shoot USPSA, it will ALWAYS make MAJOR. GOOD STUFF.

    Fast shipping, good value ammo for running your gun. Only had 1 stovepipe ejection issue in ~500 rounds. Burns a little dirty, and the goofy small size primers make it unattractive for reload. I can shoot a 3" group with this at 30 feet with my Springfield Range Officer so pretty darn accurate for value rounds. Would buy again!

    I have shot around 800 rounds of this ammo and have had ZERO problems. I will be ordering more next payday. This is clean, reliable ammo for range days. The ammo is boxed in 50's and is actually the cheapest at AmmoMan. I have shot it through a brand new Kimber and every round fed properly (surprising for a new Kimber even with high end ammo). Highly recommended because AmmoMan is quick with shipping as well.

    As a newbie in the science of ballistics I am learning what my background/peers did not know. We just loaded aimed and shot. While that is still a requirement, understanding the physics is providing answers to previously unasked questions. Since this purchase I also have become a purchaser of remanufactured ammo. I doubt I will ever become a "reloader" but appreciate the lower prices if quality is maintained. And, I don't wish to use russian ammo. Let's fix our own country first. Cost per round is important factor to me, as is fairness to suppliers. Keeping lowest possible price is fairness to the customer. If we all are fair with each other, then ammo will only be needed on the range(s)&fields. It is sad that home defense has even become an issue, but it is reality. Our first two amendments are there for a reason, knowing this day would come. So let's remember to talk things out, first. Ammo should be for defense not offense, target &/or game, period. Only criminals will use it for other purposes, regardless of any laws or regulations. In a country that does not secure its borders we must protect ourselves and each other. AmmoMan is serving in this interest. Yes, when desiring "new", I will/would support his efforts. My wish is that it will be only for target,sport or game.

    Be aware this brass is primed with SMALL PISTOL PRIMERS!!! So, yes, its technically reloadable, but if you have buckets of .45 ACP this means the you'll have to keep your brass separate as normally .45 ACP is primed with LARGE PISTOL PRIMERS. I'll just leave this brass laying after I shoot it. Sucks.
