7.62X39 BROWN BEAR 123 GRAIN HP (500 ROUNDS)

Made in Russia by Brown Bear, this 7.62x39mm ammunition from Russia is quite similar to the ammo that AK and SKS rifles were designed to use. Major upgrades include the use of non-corrosive primers as well as polymer-coated steel cases that produce less fouling than lacquered ones.

Each round in this case of 500 propels a 123 grain hollow point bullet to a muzzle velocity of 2,404 feet per second. The hollow point is a relatively simple design that offers better terminal ballistics than FMJs for hunters while still being cost-effective.
