ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
All requests for order cancellation must be
submitted via fax using our order
cancellation form.
A 10% processing fee will be charged to all orders cancelled after payment
has been processed.
This processing normally occurs immediately upon receipt of your order payment.
This charge represents our costs incurred to reprocess your transaction and to unpack and
restock your order items by our sales and warehouse staff.
We will make every effort to cancel your order; however most orders are processed and
shipped immediately. Once your order has been picked up by the delivering carrier, it
cannot be cancelled.
