Ammunition Shipping Policies and Returns
AmmoMan.com is proud to offer customers up-front pricing on bulk ammunition. Simply put, the price you see on the website is the price you pay for ammunition and accessory orders of more than $99.
We always pack up and prepare your order for pickup when we say we will. However, please keep in mind that weather, holidays, or other events might delay carrier pickup or delivery of the package to you, so delivery times are an estimate only. All estimates assume residential delivery; commercial addresses do not deliver on Saturdays. Please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns.
We can only accept returns for damaged product or product that is defective.
To return an order to us, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service team at 856-767-8835 and let us know you'd like to return a product.
If your return is for an authorized reason, our friendly customer service team will give you a return authorization number. Please make sure that number is visible and legible on the outside of the box you send back to us. Unfortunately, if we receive your return without this authorization number, we cannot issue a refund or store credit to you.
To receive a full refund or store credit, we must receive the order back to our warehouse within 30-days of your purchase.
If your return complies with the guidelines above, AmmoMan.com does not charge a "restocking fee" or deduct the original shipping cost to send the product to you. However, if your return is not damaged or defective, AmmoMan will charge you a restocking fee equal to the greater of $20 or 10% of your order, in addition to other fees that AmmoMan may incur.
Finally, any order placed that is refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable will be charged a $40 per package fee upon return to our warehouse to cover our costs of shipping and packaging the ammunition or accessory order.
