This full power 12 gauge load from Rio Royal fires 9 pellets of 00 buckshot and packs a serious punch against deer and other game at close range. Each shot column in these 2-3/4" shells reaches a muzzle velocity of 1,345 feet per second. This delivers good patterning but also substantial recoil, making this ammo best suited for those with a little practice under their belt! This 250 shell case can be good for getting that practice at a reasonable cost.

While this ammo is best suited for hunting, it can also be used for self-defense.
