The PSP coasts flat until it reaches its target, at which point its sturdy copper jacket ensures it enters deeply into the same. Impact smashes and flattens the PSP’s nose, causing it to mushroom, shed energy laterally, stamp out a deadlier wound channel, and bring the target down double-quick.
