This shell is three inches long to accommodate 11/16 ounces of #6 shot. While it won’t give you as dense a spread as a 12 or 20 Gauge, you’ll find that this shell’s shot still delivers a decently sized kill zone a couple dozen yards out. Estate’s shot is cast hard enough not to lose its form during rapid acceleration, and their wad is designed to keep cupping that shot until it can cleanly detach after exiting the muzzle.
