This is a pure and simple target load, which is decked out with just over 200 pellets of #8 lead shot and the fast-burning powder it needs to hit a supersonic 1,240 fps muzzle velocity.

This 2-1/2” shell also contains a high-quality plastic wad, which cups and detaches from the shot efficiently and compresses under pressure to relieve felt recoil (not that the 410 is a recoil powerhouse, but less kick is always nicer). If you’ve got small fingers and big patience, then you’ll have an easy enough time handloading this Italian-made ammo’s hulls.
