These .45 ACP cartridges from Speer's Lawman series use a +P load that matches the external ballistics of .45 ACP +P Speer Gold Dot self-defense cartridges without the expensive hollow point bullet.Each cartridge in this box of 1,000 fires a medium weight 200 grain total metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 975 feet per second. TMJ bullets are a particularly good choice for indoor shooting as they have no exposed lead bases; this reduces airborne lead hazards.

Not Perfect But Very Close To It

Posted onI used it in my H&K Mark 23, suppressed. It isn't Exactly what I was after, but very close. Its accuracy IS what I was expecting. If I could include a picture I would.
My ONLY regret is not being able to afford more cases.
(What can I say: Spending about $4,000 for the pistol and suppressor cleaned out my wallet for the year.) -

Posted onI shot almost 2000 of these in two three-day defensive handgun classes. They are hot (1070 fps, not the 975 fps stated here), but manageable in my 1911's. I practice with these because my carry load is Speer 53969, 200 gr +P Gold Dot HP which have the same 1070 fps velocity.
