This round’s relatively heavy 129 grain projectile possesses the momentum it needs to strike a 200-yard target with almost 1,500 ft lbs of kinetic energy, which will prove overwhelming to any whitetail with proper shot placement. Its weight and tough gilding metal jacket both assure the depth of penetration that kills quickly and humanely. The bullet’s shiny plated jacket is scored to promote more uniform expansion as the soft lead tip begins deforming. A potent package all around!
This round puts the 6.5 CM’s flat trajectory on full display. Zero at 200 yards and the trajectory shouldn’t rise above the barrel by more than 2.7”. At 300 yards, it will only sink to around -9.4”. Keep those reloadable brass cases so you can make even better 6.5 CM hunting loads back at home!

How quickly did your order arrive? How likely are you to recommend this product to a friend?
Posted onNot only two blown primers but the largest spread of the 4 boxes I recently purchased. All other rounds functioned perfectly. The Hornady's were one ragged hole. BCA upper 20" bbl with a 1-8 twist.
