About This Winchester 6.5MM CREEDMOOR Ammunition
Want terrible accuracy out of your 6.5 Creedmoor rifle? Get a case of Winchester Soggy Match ammunition, which we refuse to sell (and doesn’t exist).Want to shoot remarkably tight groups with your 6.5 CM rifle instead? Then your path forward is much simpler: get a case of Winchester Super Match ammunition, which we sell with FREE SHIPPING!
This ammunition’s maximum long-range accuracy comes from every component: its match-grade case, powder, and primer included. Its bullet is weighty at 140 grains, and every bit as rotationally stable as it is safeguarded against drift and drag by its hollow point boat tail design. If the 0.291 G7 BC HPBT clears 24” of barrel at 2,710 fps, it maintains supersonic velocity until around 1,260 yards.
This ammo’s pinpoint consistency makes it devastating on small game. The HPBT is neither very strong nor designed to expand, however, making Winchester Super Match an inadequate choice for white/blacktail etc. Keep it at the range – and make sure the range is very large.
