This American-made and military grade 9mm +P cartridge is from Sig Sauer’s Elite M17 line of ammunition. As an overpressure round, it delivers the flatter trajectory and boosted energy on impact that you need to handle a threat with confidence. Its bullet is state of the art as well. A 124 grain V-Crown, its jacket is skived and its nose cavity extends exceptionally deep into its core to ensure reliable six-point expansion during penetration. The V-Crown’s mid-shank cannelure also provides the weight retention requisite to produce a wound cavity deep enough to reach the vital organs. This cartridge features a nickel plated brass casing. As the result it cycles smoothly through a semi-automatic weapon, resists rapid corrosion, and is easier to make out when the light isn’t playing along.
