308 WIN TULA 150 GRAIN FMJ (500 ROUNDS)

Shooting .308 Winchester doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Try this ammunition from Tula in your AR-10, M-14, FAL, or other .308/7.62 NATO rifle to get reasonable accuracy at a lower cost. Each cartridge in this case of 500 fires a 150 grain bimetal jacketed bullet at a muzzle velocity of 2,800 feet per second.

This ammo is loaded in Russia using non-corrosive Berdan primers and non-reloadable steel cases with polymer coatings. Each 500-round case contains 25 boxes of 20 rounds each.

    I was hesitant after reading issues with ejection with M1A. Sooo I bit anyway because of price and have to say had no issues with my gun firing and ejecting these rounds.

    Never shoot steelcased ammo in an M1A1. The extractor on the rifle hates it and your begging for consistant malfunctions.

  • Don't buy if you have an M1A

    I have an M1A that functions perfectly with every type of .308 and 7.62x51 I have fed it. I've never tried any steel case ammo, and since the price was appealing, I gave this Tulammo .308 a try. The first round fired but the case did not extract. Tried it one more time and got the same result- the case did not extract. If you have a cheap bolt gun, this ammo is probably for you, but don't buy this stuff if you intend to use it with an M1A! Lesson learned.
