About This Red Army Standard 223 Remington Ammunition
Contemplating your navel is a cheap hobby. Shooting is an expensive one -- but it doesn’t have to be too disastrous to your wallet! This case of 223 Rem ammo by Red Army Standard is more cost effective with its less expensive casing than a traditional brass cased cartridge. This round achieves its more attractive price tag not through subpar components nor loading techniques, but with its steel shell casing. This Russia manufacturer coats the casing in silky polymer that helps a semi-automatic to cycle reliably, and it doesn’t burn off in the chamber to leave behind a gunky mess! The round’s non-corrosive Berdan primer is also slightly more economical than the Boxer variety, but you won’t want to pass it through a reloading press.
This cartridge features the tried and true 55 grain FMJ projectile. It feeds even more reliably as the result, and it will prevent your bore from coating with lead that would have gradually chipped away at your weapon’s accuracy. For good old-fashioned target shooting and plinking, an FMJ can’t be beat!
