Remington’s UMC label ammo isn’t the fanciest. You’ll find no name brand bullets here. The JHP doesn’t have to be fancy in order to deliver consistent accuracy and lethal results on smaller game, though.

The bullet’s most remarkable characteristic is its 45 grain weight, which grants it a flat trajectory (with the tradeoff of greater susceptibility to wind deflection). Zero the 0.173 G1 BC bullet on 200 yards, and elevation above the bore line ought to max out at only 2 inches.
