About This Remington 223 Remington Ammunition
After conducting extensive market research, we determined the two things varmint and predator hunters like most: American-made 223 Rem ammo loaded with lightweight jacketed hollow points, and free shipping and handling. So what did we do? We combined those two things, because we are very smart and everyone likes us.Remington’s UMC label ammo isn’t the fanciest. You’ll find no name brand bullets here. The JHP doesn’t have to be fancy in order to deliver consistent accuracy and lethal results on smaller game, though.
The bullet’s most remarkable characteristic is its 45 grain weight, which grants it a flat trajectory (with the tradeoff of greater susceptibility to wind deflection). Zero the 0.173 G1 BC bullet on 200 yards, and elevation above the bore line ought to max out at only 2 inches.
Not feeling like hunting varmints and/or predators anytime soon? Then you should still order this ammo, because there’s no way you won’t feel like target shooting at some point in the near future. New brass! Reloadable! Neat!
