This Winchester USA series 223 Rem ammo is a perfect pick for any kind of target practice you could get up to. Granted, a bullet heavier than 55 grains is preferable for covering longer distances, although the vast majority of American AR aficionados can spend their whole lives firing 55 grain bullets and wind up not regretting a thing.

That’s 55 grains of lead and copper alloy. Winchester doesn’t load 223 Rem bullets that are capable of attracting a magnet, which is why this ammo will give you free reign over any commercial range. The full metal jacket projectile is utilized in international warfare quite often, although you could choose a soft point if you really want a more effective bullet for home defense.

Winchester’s uniform and balanced FMJs are neatly seated in new reloadable brass cases, complete with noncorrosive Boxer primers that spark up precisely when they’re meant to.
