About This Prvi Partizan 303 British Ammunition
Prvi Partizan is still churning out great new production for over 400 cartridges, some of which can be tough to find these days. This .303 British load uses a heavy 174 grain full metal jacket bullet and, unlike surplus ammo, has non-corrosive Boxer primers that don't force you to scrub your rifle squeaky clean after every range trip. Many shooters of .303 like to reload their own cartridges, and the new brass in these rounds is ideal for the purpose. This 500 round case, packaged in 25 boxes of 20 rounds each, is an excellent volume deal, so snap it up today and get FREE shipping from AmmoMan.com. Our free shipping promotion applies to any order over $99.
The .303 British cartridge served as the primary service round of the British Empire from 1888 through the 1950s, when it was replaced by the 7.62x51mm NATO. Along the way, it was fired from a wide variety of firearms ranging from the Vickers and Bren machine guns to the Enfield rifle and even some Japanese copies of British weapons. It is still popular among long-range shooters as well as hunters thanks to the large numbers of surplus rifles available and the cartridge's inherent long-range accuracy, which is comparable to that of the 8mm Mauser and the .30-06 Springfield.
