This round’s 150 grain FMJ projectile’s bimetal jacket is mostly made out of steel. That cuts down on production costs, but it also makes this ammo magnetic and accordingly unwelcome at certain ranges.
This cartridge’s case is also made of steel, which is yet another reason behind its low price tag. Red Army Standard’s cases are polymer-coated for smoother feeding, as well as non-corrosive Berdan primed. Steel is not as elastic as brass, however, which means it (A) will probably allow more propellant residue to settle inside your action, and (B) is not good for handloading.

Has no trouble digesting this 150Grn Ball Ammo and it cleans up after a whole Days Shooting just fine. With this particular Rifle I fire 1/4 MOA Groups at both 100 Meters and 300 Meters standard Military Sight in paper Silloetts battle Sight Zero Targests at that range out to 300 Meters 1/4 Acorn tiny groups of Ten Shots Slung In and four positions. Please remember I'm Shooting a very rarely seen weapons system of Title Two NFA form 10 Seal Operators highly expensive plus shoots like a Death Ray with 175Grn LC LR Ammo mostly.
