38 SPECIAL 148 GRAIN WADCUTTER MATCH REMINGTON TARGET (50 ROUNDS)

This .38 Special ammunition from Remington's Target line is the perfect choice for target shooting with your .38 SPL or .357 Magnum revolver. These cartridges use flat headed wadcutter bullets that punch clean, round holes in paper targets for easy scoring and visibility from the firing line.

Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a medium weight 148-grain wadcutter projectile at a muzzle velocity of 710 feet per second. Compared to other .38 Special ammo, this is a very light shooting load that produces minimal felt recoil while still maintaining excellent accuracy at close range. This enables the user to execute rapid strings of aimed fire with relative ease in a competitive setting.

Remington Target ammo is loaded in Lonoke, Arkansas using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases. Remington is one of the oldest manufacturers of arms and ammo in the world.

  • Good light load

    I was looking for a lighter recoiling round for smaller frame revolver. As some factory loaded ammo can leave a sting in your hand when shooting it out of a lightweight revolver. I can't speak for its accuracy potential as I've only shot steel... But its a lighter load that I can practice with without my hand getting tenderized.
