And loaded in reusable virgin brass cases. These shells weren’t polished after they we were drawn, cut and annealed at Winchester’s factory, so they do look a bit discolored around their necks. That’s only cosmetic! Purely cosmetic! In no way an obstacle to your full and unrestrained enjoyment of this fine target ammo.
