This cartridge points a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile at its target. The bullet is not designed to expand, but it will tear itself apart into shrapnel if it strikes a soft tissue at a sufficiently high velocity. The bullet is not able to attract a magnet, either. Its solid lead core and copper-alloy jacket don’t include any steel!

Forget about rust when you fire this ammo. Winchester’s military-grade Boxer primers will not coat your rifle with hygroscopic residue. This ammo’s new brass cases are reloadable, and have obviously been correctly annealed. Winchester didn’t polish them after the strengthening heat-treatment process!
