About This MaxxTech 7.62 x 39 Ammunition
Do you know what I love about my AK-47? Well, it’d be a lot easier to just list what I don’t love about it:1. Nothing
If you’re like me and therefore also an inveterate Kaleshnikov appreciator, then your heart will race and your breath will freeze as you fall in love with this MONDO deal on MAXXTech Steel Series NFR 7.62x39 ammunition!
Are you familiar with Russian-made 7.62x39? Then you’re already familiar with this ammo, even though it’s not from Russia (hence the “NFR” in its name).
This ammunition features steel cases. Their chief (and only) appeal is their effect on the ammo’s price tag. Steel is almost incomparably cheaper than copper (i.e. the key ingredient in brass), which is good news if you like spending less money on things.
Know what else is made of steel? The majority of the 123 grain FMJ bullet’s jacket. That’s of no real concern if you prefer doing your target shooting at home or out in the woods (unless you live in a place where lead-core bullets are banned). It’s of extreme concern if you frequent a gun range that prohibits “magnetic bullets,” though, because you can’t fire this ammo there.
