Unlike most Eastern surplus ammunition, these rounds feature solid lead bullets with full metal jackets which are free of the typical steel cores and penetrators which cause damage to ballistic safety barriers; now you don't have to shy away from the comfort of an air-conditioned indoor range. As opposed to steel casings, these rounds are loaded into boxer-primed, reloadable brass casings which expand properly in the chamber when fired and decrease the amount of excess fouling blown back into the internal parts. This makes for easier cleaning later and also helps cut down on show-stopping malfunctions like stuck or broken casings.

A bullet weight of 123 grains matches the most popular soft-point and hollow-point ammunition for this caliber.
