Full metal jacket (FMJ) is the standard bullet type for target shooting and training. The bullet doesn't expand, and FMJ pistol ammo costs less per round than defensive ammo, which makes it the practical pick for high-volume range days. There's no difference. They're all names for the same cartridge. 9mm Luger is named for its designer, Georg Luger, and 9x19 describes its dimensions: a 9mm bullet in a 19mm-long case. You'll also see it called 9mm Parabellum or, in military loadings, 9mm NATO.
