This is your go-to round for work at the range. Its full metal jacket projectile features Hornady’s characteristically concentric gilding metal jacket, so you can expect a beeline trajectory in whatever direction you fire. The bullet weighs 62 grains, so although it hasn’t got a steel tip its ballistic performance closely mirrors that of an M855.

This round’s brass shell casing will serve as a nice little gift for a handloader once it’s emptied out. Hornady’s Boxer primer contains a surefire priming mixture, and is simple enough to pop out at a reloading bench. BLACK propellant is formulated to keep a rifle in better shape in between its cleanings!
