About This Sellier & Bellot 6.5MM CREEDMOOR Ammunition

The 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge’s projectile has the sort of sectional density and ballistic coefficient which lend themselves well to competition. This round from Sellier & Bellot even further improves that latter quality with the addition of a boat tail to its 140 grain bullet. It reduces the drag it encounters in flight, straightening its overall trajectory and permitting it to retain more of its initial velocity farther downrange. Sellier & Bellot applied their characteristic amount of caution to seating the bullet upon the rim of its casing just so, and gave it a sensitive primer and carefully measured propellant charge to even further benefit its accuracy.
