They are nonmagnetic, attain normal 1,090 fps muzzle velocity out of a 4” barrel, and fly with all due precision and accuracy. But because their jackets are more attenuated than normal, they are not safe for ported barrels and/or compensators.
Federal’s unceasing quest did not drive them to load this ammunition with inferior brass cases. These rounds’ are new as the day they were made (in Minnesota), and primed and charged to generate consistent, sub-35,000 psi chamber pressure.
