22 LR CCI MINI-MAG 40 GRAIN CPRN (100 ROUNDS)
CCI Mini-Mags are the gold standard of reliability for .22 Long Rifle ammunition. Each box of 100 comes packaged in the familiar translucent plastic box with a retaining tray.
Each cartridge in this box fires a 40-grain copper plated round nose bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,235 feet per second; the copper plating serves to reduce lead exposure and fouling. Mini-Mags are "high velocity" ammo and perform well in semi-automatic handguns and rifles. They can be used with suppressed firearms, although the distinct (and loud) noise of the projectile crossing the sound barrier somewhat impairs the suppressor's effectiveness at reducing the noise.
CCI ammunition is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using rimfire primed brass cases. CCI is widely recognized as one of the top manufacturers of quality .22 LR ammo and other rimfire cartridges.
