For the price, it is quality round in a bolt rifle.

Posted onI have several rifles chambered for .223, but will only fire the heavy rounds in my bolt rifles with the proper rifling. At 600 yards this round will group 4"-3" in my best gun, Black Hills will group 3"-2.5" and my handloads will obtain 1.4". So, for the price I would recommend this round. I ordered 2 cases of .223 and 2 cases of 12ga oo buck with the discreet boxing option on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday in the middle of my driveway. I'm in a semi-rural housing development with the PA news reporting porch pirates 5-10 miles north of me and people stealing catalytic converters 15 miles west. Keep this in mind as to how long your package will be outside. I give ammoman 5 stars for their great price and quick processing, Fed Ex 5 stars for quick shipping and the driver a zero for not placing my packages by my house, 12 feet further away.
