About This Corbon .40 Smith & Wesson Ammunition

This .40 Smith & Wesson ammunition is a high pressure load delivering strong performance in keeping with Corbon's reputation as a manufacturer of fast-moving, hard-hitting cartridges. Each round in this box of 20 fires a light 150 grain jacketed hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,200 feet per second. This above-average velocity is conducive to high diameter expansion, an essential capability when the goal is to subdue an assailant quickly.

These cartridges are loaded in Sturgis, South Dakota and use non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.
