These 9x19mm Luger Complete Metal Jacket (CMJ) rounds are a great option for indoor range training and were designed by Fiocchi with your health in mind.

CMJ bullets have no exposed lead to come into contact with hot gases during the firing cycle. As a result, no lead is blown into your immediate surroundings and particles don't end up in your lungs. This isn't only great for indoor use but also outdoors on private property where one may not want to affect the local water table or soil with lead. The 115 grain bullets exit the muzzle at 1,200 feet per second and offer little recoil and a fairly flat trajectory with only about an inch of drop at 25 yards.
